Usage Information

Take 3 Hydroxycut Hardcore capsules with a 240 ml glass of water 2 times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals. On days of your workout, take 1 of these servings, before the workout. Consume ten 240 ml glasses of water per day.
