HealthyLivingStoreStore.co.uk have staff on site Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and Saturday from 10.30 am - 5pm. (GMT).

What is the cost of your Postage and Packaging?

Postage costs are determined on the weight of the product you are buying, however if you live in the UK mainland, Northern Ireland or IOM/IOW standard delivery costs are free on all orders over �32.00 (not inc vat) and 1st Class Recorded delivery / Parcel Force 24hr is free on all orders over �80.00 (not inc vat)depending on th esize and weight of the parcel . For Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, ROI and Europe shipping costs will be highlighted throughout the order process and are based on the net weight of each individual product.

Can you deliver outside of the UK? As well as shipping to the UK, Ireland and The Channel Islands we also offer shipping to France, Spain, Germany, Norway, Portugal, The Netherlands, Italy and Luxembourg, the USA and Canada.

When will my order arrive?

HealthyLivingStore.co.uk aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days if you choose our priority shipping service. Orders shipped using our standard delivery service generally arrive within 2-5 working days. Orders made after 1pm may not despatched until the following morning although we will attempt to ship same day where possible.

Do you have a returns policy should I want to exchange of refund?

Due to the nature of our products they may only be returned if unopened. All monies will be refunded to you minus postage and packaging costs. Postage and packing costs are not refundable as these are heavily subsidised and therefore will be deducted when a refund is issued.

What do I do if a product is damaged during delivery?

Give us a call immediately (during office hours) on 0151 4279301 should there be any damage to a product on arrival.

Can I receive a product at the weekend?

For priority orders made before 2pm on a Friday we aim to have them delivered the following day if Under 2Kg and by Monday if over 2Kg.

Can I offer a separate delivery address (such as work) to the billing address?

You will have a choice of whether the have your products delivered to your billing address or another specified delivery point, however the billing address must be the address where you receive your Credit or Debit Card Statements.

Is it possible to track an order once it has been despatched?

If your order is sent via courier we will email you with the tracking link.. If it is sent via Royal mail recorded delivery you may email us and request the tracking numner

Can I order online?

Ordering online is the easiest way to place an order. Search through HealthyLivingStore.co.uk to find the products of your choice, add them to your basket, proceed to the check out and you can pay with your credit or debit card using our secure server.

Can I order by fax?

If you wish to fax an order please state the product(s), product code(s), flavour and size (if applicable) and the quantity of each. Please remember to leave a contact number so we can call you to arrange payment before your order is shipped. You can fax us on 0151 7060656

Can I order by post?

If you want to order by post please state the product(s), product code(s), flavour and size (if applicable), and quantity of each. You can send a cheque or postal order with your order. Please make these payable to Creatine Store Ltd. Alternatively you can provide us with a contact number or email so that we can arrange payment before your order is despatched.

Can I order by telephone?

If you'd like to order by telephone you can call us between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, our team are always happy to help. Please have your Credit or Debit Card ready to complete payment of the order.

Can I order by email?

If you'd like to place an order via email please state the product(s), product code(s), flavour and size (if applicable) and the quantity of each. Please remember to leave a contact number so as we can call to arrange payment before your order is despatched. You can email orders to sales@healthylivingstore.co.uk. Please DO NOT send your card detail via email.

By law we are not permitted to release your details to any third party.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cheques, postal orders and credit or debit card payments. Cheques and Postal Orders must be made payable to Creatine Store Limited. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro, Solo and American Express.

Using your credit or debit card at HealthyLivingStore.co.uk is completely safe. When you order any of our products on-line, you can rest assured that your details including name and address are safe.
